Well everyone, it’s spring, and time to start outdoor work again.
This year we will be hauling fill from the old range to the new one. To do this we need to clear the old Prairie Lake Road enough so dump trucks can get through. We took a ride down the road and it looks like there is only a small section that needs to be cleared of brush. So on April 11 and 12 there will be work days to get this done.
Work will start at 8:00 AM and go until 12:00 PM. If the clearing gets done the first day then we will switch to cleanup at the old range.
What do you need to bring you ask? Well if you have a wheeler bring that, gloves, brush cutter (if you have one) or a chainsaw. We are getting a permit to take a trailer down the snowmobile trail to the road. This will give us a platform for hauling equipment and people to the areas that we need cleared.
