Range Closed for Construction and Refurbishing 09:00 until tasks completed

Work Day

Saturday, September 9^th, there will be a work day at the new range.  The work will begin at 09:00 and will stop when the tasks are done. 

We need volunteers to do some general cleanup and construction.  The primary task is to hang sheet felt as a ceiling on the firing line.  This will help reduce the noise of shooting.  The other task is weed whipping on the range, around the firing line, and as much of the road edges as is reasonable.

Suggested tools to bring:

• ·         Cordless drills
• ·         Cordless reciprocating and circular saw
• ·         Ladders
• ·         Weed whippers and trimmers
• ·         Hearing and eye protection
• ·         Gloves
• ·         Food and beverage
• ·         Maybe a hardhat for working with tools overhead
